Please use the booking form on the booking page to request a quote. You can also request a quote via e-mail. Please send an email to info@minibusamsterdam.com with the following information:

Once you agree with the price, you will receive the invoice.

We accept payments with: Wire/Bank Transfer, Credit Card, PayPal (+3,4 %), iDEAL, Bancontact, GooglePay and ApplePAY.

Yes, it’s required to pay in advance to confirm your booking.

Yes, after you have made a reservation and complete the payment process, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your booking details. Please check your spam box if you have not received a confirmation e-mail.

Yes, you will receive an e-mail with driver contact details 24 hours before the agreed pickup time. Please note that driver can change due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

For Minivan services: cancellation is free of charge if there is more than 24 hours left before the agreed pickup time.

For Coach and Minibus services: cancellation is free of charge if there is more than 30 days left before the agreed pick up time.

  • 0-6: 100% charge

Cancellation can only be done by e-mail or call to our contact center.

Please note that we will refund the paid amount minus the charged costs by the credit card processor 2.8% or 3.4% for PayPal payments. We do not receive this charged costs from the payment providers, when we cancel a booking.

Best way to edit your booking is via email. For last min changes please call us on +316 47 04 04 07 and we will edit your booking. Please note that additional charges may apply for last min changes.

Small pets are allowed in our vehicles if they sit on your lap or if they are in a bag. Service pets are allowed regardless of their size.

If you are able to come out of the wheelchair and the wheelchair can be folded, you can travel with us.

Choose for an hourly rate upon booking when you need a vehicle at disposal for the entire day to visit 1 or more locations anywhere in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany. Return is mostly to pick up location after the service or to another agreed drop off point. This way of traveling can be more economical, instead of a round trip transfer on the same day or separate transfers to several locations.

Hourly rates are mostly used for sightseeing tours, business visits at several locations (roadshow), dinner transfers and for weddings. The vehicle and driver is at your disposal during the agreed period. The minimum period is 4 hours/day

Minivan bookings: Your driver will be waiting at the arrivals gate after baggage claim holding a name sign.

Minibus or Coach Bookings: Your driver will be waiting at the Bus Terminal at Schiphol Airport. The bus terminal is located on Koepelstraat, around a 5-minute walk from Schiphol Plaza.

Your driver is not allowed to leave the bus behind to pick you up at the terminal.

This doesn’t happen very often, but it is possible that the driver is not yet at the agreed meeting place due to several reasons.

First of all, please stay inside the Terminal. Please contact your driver using the details sent to your e-mail earlier or if you have not received any driver details please call our emergency number +316 47 04 04 07.

Do not take a taxi, there will be no reimbursement. Please wait for further information from us.

(Driver can be waiting at the wrong gate, due to last minute changes made by the airport. We monitor your flight with the Schiphol Airport application.)
